More than theory
Daniel’s approach to training and performance has been shaped by more than theory. Having spent over a decade in competitive football, he has first-hand experience of structured training, physical preparation, performance development and competitive team environments.
His career began in the ZTE FC youth system and continued with several Hungarian clubs, from youth to senior level. Regular training loads, pre-seasons and managing form across a season were part of his everyday life for years. That practical knowledge now goes into program design.
