This notice explains, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011, how we process personal data submitted through this website.

Please do not include health or other special-category data in the form. If such information is needed to design your program, we will process it separately, based on your explicit consent.
3. Processors
Only the controller’s staff can access the data. We use the following service providers:

Where a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

5. Remedies
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu), or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence, or bring the matter before a court.
6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We protect data with appropriate technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, alteration and deletion.
